Julius Chacha Maroa is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Secretary (CS) with the Institute of Certified Secretaries, Kenya (ICS), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCiarb), Kenya and UK Branches, a registered Patent Agent with the Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI).
He is a specialist in Land Transactions, Intellectual Property, and Commercial Transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) Upper Division from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (L.L.M) at the prestigious University of London.
He has previously worked at the Ministry of Land, Housing, Works and Urban Development as a Land Registrar/Registrar of Titles. He has a sound understanding of all land matters and the utilization of the Ardhisasa platform in conducting land transactions.
