FEES | BILLING

It is our overriding concern to ensure that our clients as satisfied with both the quality of service they receive and the value for money we provide. We constantly strive to provide the highest level of service at competitive rates. Our approach to fees is flexible and transparent with our fee structure being discussed and agreed upon with the client by any work being undertaken

The Advocates Remuneration Order (“ARO”) provides for the scale of fees Advocates should charge. Most conveyancing and court briefs are governed by the Advocates Remuneration Order. For matters not governed by the Advocates Remuneration order, we normally charge on an hourly basis but are always open and willing to discuss alternative fee structures when appropriate. We also offer competitive monthly retainer fees to Clients with volumes of work.
